Simple And Pretty Christmas Tablescape
It really is beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Having a simple and pretty Christmas tablescape completes the holiday look in our home. I try to keep my tablescape simple and elegant using items I already have. I love how it turned out and I hope you do too!
The buffalo plaid table runner is an item I use year round for spring, fall, and Christmas decor. For my simple and pretty Christmas tablescape, I layered it over a red table runner for a pop of color. The small square mirror gets a lot of use around my home too. I love how it reflects light and is so pretty.
Natural elements give the tablescape an elegant, but rustic feel. The wood, pinecones, berries, and greenery all encompass the look and feel of Christmas. Every time I sit down to a meal it makes me feel happy and puts me in the Christmas spirit.
I think it is a good idea for the items you choose for the center of the table not be too tall. That way when guests sit across from each other there is nothing blocking their view. I can also add stems to the glass jars. Last year I used berry stems in the jars and it was a very classy look.
Having a pretty table for my family and our guests to gather around is very important to me. The colors, natural elements, and pattern bring joy to our dining room. I always have fun decorating the table. and I love sharing it with you.
And of course, no Christmas tablescape is complete without a pretty candle holder. I choose to use a battery operated candle in mine, so I don’t have to worry about any accidents. I love the ambiance it adds for evening dinners. I hope you enjoyed my Christmas tablescape and find it inspirational!
